RADHE ENTERPRISE believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows an Exchange-Only Policy under the terms mentioned below:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order and before the order has been shipped.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

No refunds will be issued for cancelled orders. Customers may opt for an exchange only, as per the exchange policy mentioned below.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

    • Damaged products

    • Defective (manufacturing defect) products

    • Size-related issues

  • In case of receipt of a damaged or defective product, the customer must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
    The exchange request will be processed only after verification and approval by the merchant.

  • For size-related exchange requests, customers must inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
    The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags intact.

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for exchange.

  • RADHE ENTERPRISE does not accept exchanges for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar products.

  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly.

  • Once an exchange request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched as per standard delivery timelines.


Refund Policy

RADHE ENTERPRISE follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
